(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The head of the National Alliance, the leader of the wisdom movement, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, called for resolving the issue of the election law, after the Federal Court decided the constitutional date for the parliamentary elections.
He said during a meeting with Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Aram Sheikh Mohammed, "We call on the political blocs to compete on the basis of programs that would provide real service to the Iraqi citizen to succeed Iraq in the challenge of building the state and institutions."
He stressed "the importance of investing time Altqbi of the age of the current parliamentary session to pass laws that have a direct relationship to citizens' diaries, including the federal budget
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed confirmed his support and his bloc to hold the elections on time.
