The deputy for the province of Dhi Qar, Abdul Hadi al-Saadawi, on Wednesday, that a meeting will be held next Sunday within the session of the House of Representatives between a representative of the Prime Minister and the deputies of oil-producing provinces in the presence of the presidency of parliament to resolve the issue of including the rights of those provinces by 2018 budget until the vote.

Al-Saadawi expected in a press conference to witness the second reading of the budget and read a second reading and then to be collected points of disagreement existing by the Finance Committee annex and attached to the draft budget and then sent to the Prime Minister to introduce the appendix within the draft federal budget for 2018.

Al-Saadawi stressed the importance of sending the prime minister a paper attached to the budget guaranteeing the rights of the oil provinces in accordance with Law 21 to ensure those rights and prevent the submission of the government's appeal budget before the Federal Court, noting that despite the existence of pledges by the central government not to challenge the budget in the event of the addition of Parliament Any paragraph that provides for the preservation of the rights of the oil-producing provinces, but no book so far from the Prime Minister confirms this or guarantees the rights of those provinces, especially as the Council of Ministers has challenged all the amendments made by Parliament on the budgets of the past three years, Fear of the government's lack of credibility in this regard.
