Direct : The US dollar rose against major currencies during trading on Friday, where he is heading towards record the first weekly gain since the beginning of this year, amid statements supporting the interest rate increase.
By 0655 GMT, the dollar rose 0.2 percent to $ 1.2302 and the yen gained 107.09 yen by 0.3 percent.
While the US currency rose against the British pound to $ 1.3945, or 0.08%, and rose against the Swiss franc, recording 0.9350 francs by 0.2%.
The US dollar fell yesterday after warnings from a member of the Fed to accelerate the rate hike before the recovery of inflation and reaching the target of 2%, as well as the concerns of the European Central Bank on the poor performance of the green card.
