The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak on Tuesday discussed with the World Bank Group and representatives of the concerned sectoral bodies in the Ministries of Planning and Finance to draw up near-term plans and ways of stabilizing the liberated areas by taking concrete practical steps.
"The study of ways to stabilize the liberated areas by concrete practical steps, especially with regard to supporting the housing aspect and the resumption of educational and health services and support the housing aspect and the resumption of educational and health services and rehabilitation of electricity networks," the media office said in a statement.
