The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has signed a letter of intent with the German Agency for International Cooperation (giz) to facilitate the voluntary return of 10,000 migrants to the country in the next two years,
Vocational training.
"The signing of a letter of intent with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) establishes a memorandum of understanding between Iraq and Germany to ensure the voluntary return of migrants and is expected to be concluded during the coming period," Undersecretary for Labor Affairs Abdul Karim Abdullah said in an exclusive interview. To establish a training center to encourage the voluntary return of migrants in Germany and other countries, and to support the population in the liberated and displaced areas by granting them soft loans and training them in the Ministry's centers with funding from the Organization.
