The investigations department of the Integrity Commission revealed that a seven-year prison sentence was issued against an employee of the Directorate of Real Estate Registration in Babil Governorate for "damaging" the public money by more than 37 billion dinars.
The Chamber said in a statement that Al-Sabah received a copy of the statement that "the Criminal Court of Babel issued a verdict in absentia against the convicted fugitive for manipulating the disclosures of a number of properties encumbered at the Iraqi Trade Bank in Babil Province, evaluating these properties excessively and establishing different descriptions "The court, after reviewing the evidence available in this case, reached sufficient conviction to convict the defendant and sentenced to seven years' imprisonment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the law Penalties and Significance of Subscription Materials 4 7, 48 and 49 of it, and issue an arrest warrant and investigate their right, "noting that" the decision of the judgment included the obligation to convict the payment of the amount to the Iraqi Trade Bank in solidarity and solidarity with other defendants separated cases.[/rtl]

The court said in a statement received by the "Eye of Iraq News" that "a verdict in absentia issued against the former director of the Rashid Bank - Branch of Ramadi," noting that "the Anbar Criminal Court sentenced the accused to a severe imprisonment under the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code for causing the waste of public money" .
The department explained in detail the case investigated by the Integrity Commission that "the accused manipulated the nominal salaries of the borrowers from the employees of the Anbar Police Directorate to raise the ceiling of the loans granted to them," indicating that "the accused spent an amount of (11,559,522,190) billion dinars in just two days And without a credit ceiling from the general management of the bank. "
She added that "the investigations led to that some of the names that were disbursed loans from non-affiliated to the Ministry of the Interior with the existence of duplicate names have been disbursed to the loan more than once, as well as the existence of cases of fraud in the documents provided by borrowers and the authenticity of the books belonging to them.
"The court, after reviewing the statements of the legal representative of Rashid Bank - the public administration and administrative investigation carried out by the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance and the book of Anbar Police Directorate and the confessions of the accused, reached the conviction enough to criminalize it, intended to cause damage to the money of the body in which he was working."
He pointed out that "the decision of the judgment, ensure that the injured party to the right to seek compensation before the civil courts after the decision to acquire the degree of determinism."

The department explained in a statement today that the accused manipulated the nominal salaries of borrowers from the employees of Anbar Police Directorate to raise the ceiling of loans granted to them, indicating that the accused spent the amount of (11,559,522,190) billion dinars within two days only and without a credit ceiling of the General Administration of the bank.
She added that the investigations led to that some of the names that were disbursed loans from non-affiliated to the Ministry of the Interior with the existence of duplicate names have been disbursed to the loan more than once, as well as the existence of cases of fraud in the documents provided by borrowers and the authenticity of their publications.
The statement added that the court, after reviewing the statements of the legal representative of Rashid Bank - the public administration and administrative investigation carried out by the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance and the Anbar Police Directorate and the confessions of the accused, reached sufficient conviction to criminalize it.
The statement pointed out that the decision of the judgment, including the retention of the injured party the right to claim compensation before the civil courts after the decision to acquire the degree of determinism.
