Ali al-Moussawi: a technical committee meets the beginning of the year 2014 to resolve differences between the files, the federal government and the provincial government

Said media adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Ali al-Moussawi said talks Aalovd Kurdistan headed by the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Barzani and Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Wednesday focused on finding solutions to the problems regarding the budget and the revenues of oil exported from Kurdistan.
He announced that there was a "meeting will be held after New Year's total, and the important thing is to form a technical committee meets beginning in 2014 to resolve the files prior to the approval of the state budget."
Barzani had arrived in Baghdad yesterday for talks with the federal government on outstanding issues between the two sides, including the budget and the export of oil from Kurdistan via the oil pipeline to Turkey.
An official statement said after a meeting with al-Maliki that he was "an emphasis on the need to strengthen security coordination between the province and the federal government due to the nature of the terrorist threats against both Baghdad and Erbil."
The statement "would meet the technical committees and experts contentious issues and come up with solutions before adoption of the budget."
He said al-Moussawi, "Barzani and Maliki agreed to form a technical committee before adoption of the budget is working to resolve the problems on the issue of the export of oil as well as other outstanding problems."
Al-Moussawi said that "the Kurdistan Regional Government has decided to issue an export obligation as specified in the federal budget."
The Cabinet had decided last Sunday to resolve the debate on the budget bill for the state of public finances in 2014 after the completion of the talks with the delegation of the Kurdistan region within a week.
