    The European Union officially announced the exit of the Central Bank of Iraq from the list of sanctions imposed by the Union on the institutions.
    A statement issued by the Central Bank of Iraq (KNA) said that the decision came "through its publication in the official newspaper of the European Union, which confirmed the abolition of sanctions imposed on this bank under the previous regime, which provided for [the prohibition of dealing with a group of financial institutions and non Iraqi Finance, including the Central Bank of Iraq]. " 
    He pointed out that "this step comes as the Iraqi Central Bank achieved significant progress in improving its performance and the application of international regulations and standards in this field. This bank shows that under these recent amendments will allow the international financial banking institutions to deal with the new instructions as it has become a reliable financial institutions to deal with European international institutions ".

    The European Union (EU) officially announced on Thursday that the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) has come out of the list of EU sanctions imposed on institutions.
    "The European Union has officially announced the exit of the Central Bank of Iraq from the list of sanctions imposed by the European Union on institutions through its publication in the official newspaper of the European Union, which confirmed the abolition of sanctions imposed on this bank," the bank said in a statement received by the Economist News. In the era of the former regime, which provided for "the prohibition of dealing with a group of financial institutions and non-financial Iraqi, including the Central Bank of Iraq."
    The statement added that "this step comes as the Central Bank of Iraq has made significant progress in improving its performance and the application of international regulations and standards in this area," noting that "under these recent amendments will allow the international financial banking institutions to deal with the new instructions as it became a financial institution Reliable handling of European international institutions. "

    The European Union officially announced the exit of the Central Bank of Iraq from the list of sanctions imposed by the European Union on institutions.

    A statement issued by the Central Bank of Iraq and responded to the twilight News, on Wednesday, that "the official newspaper of the European Union confirmed during the publication of the abolition of sanctions imposed on this bank under the former regime, which provided (prohibition of dealing with a group of financial institutions and non-financial Iraqi, Central Iraq ").

    "Under these recent amendments, international financial banking institutions will be allowed to deal with the new regulations as they become reliable financial institutions to deal with European international institutions," the statement said.

    The European Union officially announced the exit of the Central Bank of Iraq from the list of sanctions imposed by the European Union on Iraqi financial institutions. Press reports confirmed the abolition of sanctions imposed on the Central Bank under the former regime, which provided for "the prohibition of dealing with a group of financial institutions and non-financial Iraqi, including the Central Bank of Iraq." In turn, the Central Bank said in a statement that the move comes "to the results achieved by the Central Bank of the great progress in improving its performance and the application of international regulations and standards in this area."

    CBI decided on 12 Sep 2018 to perform public auction No.(D208) to sell CBI Securities for (182) days and for (100) Billion IQD, The remittance was sold for (60) Billion IQD with multiple interest price and with the highest cut off price (2.50%) , The number of participant was (4), Only (3) Bank won the offered amounts .
