[size=45]The Al-Nasr coalition denied that its chief, Haider al-Abadi, knew of the news about the possibility of forming a national rescue government.
A coalition statement said he saw these leaks as an attempt to shuffle the cards and pass agendas in the ongoing struggle to form the government.
He reiterated, "The necessity of choosing an independent figure to head the government and the emergence of the interim phase based on the constitutional and popular legitimacy in a manner that guarantees the reform of the political system and the fulfillment of the aspirations of the people."
