Al-Tamimi: Iraq has the right to file a complaint with the United Nations against Iran for violating the 1988 agreement

On Wednesday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed that Iran violated the 1988 agreement and that Iraq has the right to file a complaint against it because it is declaring war.
Al-Tamimi said in an interview, that "Iran violated Iraqi sovereignty by striking American bases, and this contravenes [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/134081/%D8%A7%D8%AA%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%82%D9%8A%D8%A9 1988][size=13]the 1988 agreement[/url] to stop the war and the Security Council resolution."
