Abtan: Allawi's government needs a year and a half to hold early elections

, former Minister Abdul Hussein Abtan affirmed, on Sunday, that the government of Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi needs a year and a half to hold early elections, indicating that the new government will deal with a budget for the years 2020 and 2021, not less than $ 260 billion, which makes it obligated to undertake comprehensive reforms.
