    , The Rafidain Bank announced on Saturday that it has granted loans (50) million dinars to citizens to build a residential plot.
    The media office of the bank said in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "obtaining construction loans will be in the bank's branches exclusively and spread in Baghdad and the provinces."
    - Granting a maximum limit loan (50) million dinars for the purpose of construction to every citizen who owns a piece of residential land in his name independently or in the common name under a newly issued bond and supported by the competent real estate registration department and the validity of the issuance of the bond to be mortgaged in favor of the bank from the first degree and a map and license is required Building in his name, within the required documents, and the estimated value of the plot of land is no less than the loan amount + 20%.
    - The loan is disbursed in two
    installments: A- The first installment is 25 million dinars upon completion of the veal.
    B- The second installment is 25 million dinars for roofing.
    - Accepting granting only one payment of the loan amount, according to the borrower's request, to alleviate the burden of the citizens in paying the installment over the entire amount of the loan. Premiums and interest are calculated according to the amount of the loan required.
    Acceptance of a plot of land that was demolished while the gender of the property remains (house of residence)
    - In the event that one employee’s salary is insufficient, a second employee is hired to cover their salary monthly installment + interest regardless of the relationship of kinship (husband - son - brother - father). Ended on 29 / A 43

    The bank emphasized that "the partnership with Key Company, which won the award for the best smart card for 2019 by the specialized international magazine International Finance Magazine, raised the reality of the services provided to all citizens, especially the citizenship, their salaries in the bank."
    The Rafidain Bank also provides retail sale services from 1,000 or more merchants to various goods and services for those holding a Master Key card.
