Al-Tamimi: The accountability of the President of the Republic takes place in only three cases

Today, Sunday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed that the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9][size=13]President of the Republic is[/url] asking in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution in three cases, stressing the possibility of launching the status of irresponsible protection.
Al-Tamimi wrote on his account on Twitter, saying, "We can call the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]President of the Republic[/url] that he is irresponsible because of the difficult and impossible impossible constitutional procedures."
He added that "there must be a reasoned request by the absolute majority of Parliament to hold the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]President of the Republic[/url] accountable for one of the exclusive causes of treason, perjury or violating the constitution. After this accountability and gathering evidence, the matter is raised from Parliament to the Federal Court."
He continued, "After the issuance of the conviction decision of the Federal Court, the file is returned to Parliament to vote by an absolute majority of the number of members, that is, half of the total number plus one. After the conviction decision has arrived."
He explained that "here and after all this procedure, we say that the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]President of the Republic[/url] has been held accountable for all of this in accordance with Articles 93, paragraph VI and 93 paragraph VI of the Constitution."
