Member of the government crisis cell in Diyala Abdullah Ahmed announced on Saturday that the ration card items reached half a million people in less than a week.
Ahmed said in a statement to "Information", that "the cadres of the branch of the Ministry of Commerce in Diyala succeeded by working hard and long hours from securing the delivery of 3 ration card items (flour - fat - sugar) to more than half a million people in less than a week." .
Ahmed added, "The distribution is continuing and at an escalating rate in order to respond to the difficult humanitarian situation, especially with the entry of the curfew for the third week in a row due to the implications of the Corona virus."
He expected "the distribution of vocabulary to all regions within a week from now, especially with flexibility in the movement of convoys to transport the vocabulary between stores, districts and districts." Ended / 25
