Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi said, on Wednesday, that the staff of the offices of inspectors general in accordance with the law should be transferred and distributed to ministries or agencies, especially the Integrity Commission.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, “Public Prosecution Law No. 49 whereby the offices of public inspectors were dissolved and staff working in these offices were dissolved, so that some of them remained in the same ministry and another did not exercise its jurisdiction and did not benefit from their accumulated experience while another section It is still pending and has not been distributed. ”
He added that "these employees are better to be distributed and linked to the Integrity Commission to benefit from their accumulated investigative experiences, whether in Baghdad or the provinces. In addition, there are investigative committees in the ministries that can be assigned to them or made into inclusion committees."
And that "the problem of these employees is still pending and needs urgent solutions, especially from the next government." 25 n ended
