sources said, on Wednesday, that Iraq faces difficulties in the full implementation of the OPEC agreement with Russia and other producers on a record supply cut, indicating that it has not yet been notified by regular buyers of oil to reduce its exports. According to Reuters
, a source in the Ministry of Oil said, "Iraq is the second largest producer in OPEC, where he directed the major Basra oil companies to cut production from May, as part of efforts to reduce production by one million barrels per day, or one percent of global supplies."
For his part, a spokesman for the Basra Oil Company indicated that "the company has not yet agreed on a business plan with the rest of the oil companies such as BP, Exxon, Eni and Lukoil, which operates the largest fields in the country." Ended 29 / r
