The Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Thursday, the details of the response of those charged with the duty to disclose their financial assets for the year 2021, who were limited by Article (16 / First) of the Authority's enforceable Law No. 30 of 2011, as amended.
In a statement received by Mawazine News / a copy of it, the authority said, “The Prevention Department announced the names of those who disclosed their financial receivables for the year 2021 for the period from 2/1/2021 to 2/22/2021, for the three presidencies, the judiciary, ministries, bodies and entities not related to a ministry In addition to the governors, indicating that she had received (11,250) forms until 2/22/2021.
The department clarified that "the three presidencies represented by the president of the republic, the prime minister and his two deputies, the speaker and two deputies of the parliament, the head of the judiciary and his deputy, and the president of the Federal Supreme Court disclosed their financial liabilities for the current year, at a rate of 100%."
And it indicated that "228 deputies from the members of the Council of Representatives were disclosed for the current session, at a rate of (70.8)%, while the number of ministers who disclosed their financial liabilities reached (18) ministers, at a rate of (78.3)%."
It indicated that "six members of the Federal Court were disclosed at a rate of (100)%, in addition to (24) members of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Federal Court of Cassation at a rate of (100%), in addition to the disclosure of the Chief Public Prosecutor, at a time when the disclosure rate reached The appointed judges (88%), as for those appointed other than judges, their disclosure rate was (68.7%).
The Commission had disclosed at the end of 2019 the details of the first amendment to its enforceable Law No. 30 of 2011, after the Parliament approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1 of Article 61 and Clause Three of Article 73 of the Constitution, as Article 16 specified First) Those included with disclosure of their financial assets.
