The House of Representatives voted, on Tuesday, to oblige the government to complete the procedures for declaring Halabja a province.
The media department of the council said in a brief statement that Mawazine News received, a copy of it, that the parliament, during today's session, "voted unanimously to oblige the government to complete the procedures related to declaring Halabja province."
