    He added, "During the session, the electricity sector strategy presented by the ministry for the coming years was discussed, and the strategy included all the comprehensive development projects that will be implemented during the coming years by the ministry, in addition to its total need for financial allocations that will lead to meeting the citizen's needs for electric energy in Upcoming seasons. "
    The statement continued, "as the Ministry of Finance will study the strategy of the Ministry of Electricity and ensure the necessary financial allocations for the coming years for the purpose of improving the reality of electricity in Iraq in order to meet the needs of the citizen and raise the capacity of electric power production, in addition to investing and implementing the reform paper" integrated white paper "programs for the development of the electricity sector that It will contribute to fulfilling the citizen's need. "
    He pointed out that "the Ministry of Finance's proactive steps by discussing the preliminary estimates for preparing plans and budgets for ministries and governorates for the coming years came to clarify a clear future vision of the financial needs and requirements of the ministry and government institutions and to indicate the size of government spending for the purpose of developing a comprehensive integrated budget for the coming years ahead of its time."
