{Political: Al Furat News} The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, said, on Monday, the need to end the existing crises in the region in order to enhance Arab and regional security and stability.

He added, "Arab and regional issues of common concern were discussed," stressing "the need to ease tensions in the Arab region, and rely on dialogue and convergence to discuss outstanding issues and find solutions to them, and work to end the crises in Syria, Yemen and Libya in order to enhance Arab and regional security and stability and stop the human tragedy." to the peoples of these countries.
President Salih praised the ambassador's efforts during his tenure in Iraq to develop relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his future assignments.
For his part, Ambassador Abdul Qader bin Shaa'a expressed his thanks and appreciation to President Saleh and his important role in strengthening the Iraqi role in Arab, regional and international forums, stressing Algeria's support for Iraq and its efforts to enhance its security and stability.
