Today, Tuesday, the Federal Ministry of Interior issued a clarification regarding the issuance of diplomatic passports.
The ministry said in a statement, that it "seeks to provide services in its specialized departments, whether at the security or service level, and to deal with everyone at one level and not to discriminate between one person and another."
And she added, "It works through its formations in accordance with the regulations and instructions stipulated by the laws in force, as it is an executive body only in various issues and fields, including those related to the issuance of ordinary and diplomatic passports."
And she added, "The Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence implements what is legislated in the laws after it receives an official address from the relevant government agencies, especially with regard to the issuance of diplomatic passports and other topics that arrive officially."
