Representative of the Coordination Framework, Muhammad Al-Rumaithi, called on the federal government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to play its role by pressuring Turkey to limit its military operations inside Iraq.
Al-Rumaithi said in a press statement, that Turkey is violating the sanctities and sovereignty of the Iraqi state without any right, amid governmental silence that raises many question marks.
He added, that the repeated Turkish attacks inside Iraqi territory contradict all international standards and norms.
The representative of the coordination framework indicated that the Al-Kazemi government is required to pressure Turkey to limit its illegal military operations inside Iraq.
He pointed out that Parliament will have a position on the continuation of the blatant Turkish interference towards the sovereignty of Iraq.
