The total sales of the Central Bank of Iraq in hard currency to dollars during the past week amounted to more than 700 million dollars.
The Central Bank sold during the past week for the five days in which the auction was opened, starting from Sunday to Thursday, the amount of 710 million 948 thousand and 087 dollars, at a daily rate of 142 million 189 thousand and 87 dollars, down by 21.98% from the previous week.
The highest sales of the dollar during the past week were on Wednesday, when sales amounted to 203 million and 926 thousand and 209 dollars, while the lowest sales were on Thursday, when sales amounted to 106 million and 855 thousand and 419 dollars.
It went in the form of cash and remittances abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of documentary credits amounts and international settlements for electronic cards reached 1305 dinars per dollar, while the selling price of remittances abroad and the cash sale price amounted to 1310 dinars per dollar.
