    The Central Bank of Iraq's sales of foreign currency decreased today, Tuesday, to record 191 million dollars.
    According to the schedule of the currency sale window, and its follow-up (Baghdad Today), the Central Bank sold during its auction today 191,510,098 dollars, which the bank covered at an exchange rate of 1305 dinars, per dollar for documentary credits and international settlements of electronic cards, and at a price of 1310 dinars per dollar for external transfers, and at a price of 1310 dinars per dollar in cash. .
    Most of the dollar sales went to enhance balances abroad in the form of (remittances, credits) at $145,010,098, while the rest of $46,500,000 went in the form of cash sales.

    Shafaq News/ The Central Bank's sales of dollars decreased in an auction today, Tuesday, by 10%, to reach $191 million.



    Shafaq News agency reporter stated that the Central Bank sold today, during its auction for buying and selling US dollars, 191 million 510 thousand and 98 dollars, a decrease of 10.33%, compared to yesterday, Monday, in which sales amounted to 213 million 664 thousand and 251 dollars. The bank covered it at a basic exchange rate of 1305 dinars per dollar for documentary credits and international settlements of electronic cards, and at a rate of 1310 dinars per dollar for foreign transfers, and the same price per dollar in cash.
    Our correspondent added that most of the dollar sales went to reinforce the balances abroad in the form of (remittances, credits) at 145,10,000 and 98 dollars, while the rest of 46,500,000 dollars went in the form of cash sales.
     Our correspondent indicated that the number of banks that bought the cash dollar amounted to 15, while the number of banks that responded to requests for strengthening balances abroad reached 21, while the total number of exchange and mediation companies participating in the auction was 144 companies.
