The source said, in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, that “the judicial courts issued arrest warrants against senior officials in the local government, most of them from the Taqaddam Party, which is led by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi, on the background of the theft of huge funds estimated at billions of dinars allocated for projects to rebuild and rehabilitate the damaged infrastructure.” Terrorist operations throughout the cities of Anbar.
The source added, “The Federal Integrity Commission will investigate the file of infrastructure projects damaged as a result of terrorist operations, for which an explosive financial budget has been allocated sufficient for the reconstruction of five affected provinces.
