    Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, during his meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alp Arslan Bayraktar in Erbil, stressed the need to implement the development path project with the approval of the Kurdistan Region and coordination with it.
    And the Presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government stated, in a statement received by Al-Masalla, that the meeting witnessed discussions on the latest developments in Iraq and the region, in addition to discussing ways to strengthen bilateral relations, while the President of the Kurdistan Government stressed the importance of consolidating the horizons of relations with Turkey, especially in the field of trade and facilitating the movement of Traffic and tourism on both sides.
    The statement indicated that the meeting witnessed an affirmation of the necessity and importance of resuming the export of Kurdistan region's oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan, and overcoming all obstacles and problems facing this process, because stopping export operations had a negative impact and harmed all concerned parties.
    In another context of the talks, the two sides discussed the project known as (Development Road), which aims to link the Gulf countries and Iraq with Turkey and the rest of the world through a railway line.
    According to the statement, Barzani reaffirmed the need to implement the project with the approval and coordination of the Kurdistan Region, and in a way that serves the interests of all citizens and the various components in Iraq.
    The Turkish Foreign Minister expressed his happiness at visiting the Kurdistan region, as well as his country's readiness to strengthen relations with the Kurdistan region in all fields.
    In a statement to the media, the Turkish Prime Minister and Foreign Minister stressed the importance of upgrading bilateral relations in the economic and trade fields, in addition to joint coordination in order to establish security and stability in Iraq, the Kurdistan region and the region in general.
