    Information/exclusive..
    The government continues negotiations with Turkey on water, oil, and repeated military attacks on Iraqi territory, amid the pressures of Turkish politics in the file of resuming oil exports by bargaining for dropping the fines imposed by the Paris International Court, as for the file of attacks and continuous bombing of areas of northern Iraq, as Ankara is still claiming the presence of armed groups on the borders that threaten its national security.
    As for the water file, according to official statistics, what Ankara caused during the past three years is the random migration from the countryside to the city, the extinction of agriculture, the interruption of drinking water in some provinces, and the country's arrival in deadly stages of drought and desertification.
    Continuous attacks
    Speaking of Iraq's negotiations with Turkey, a member of the House of Representatives, Jassim al-Moussawi, reveals that the file of the Turkish military attacks on Iraqi territory was included in the negotiations with Turkey, while stressing that Ankara still justifies the military incursion and the continuous bombing of northern Iraq to the presence of armed forces that threaten Turkey's security.
    Al-Musawi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "The government has given great importance to the file of Turkish military violations in the regions of northern Iraq in order to reach solutions to end this incursion," noting that "there is progress in negotiations with the Turkish side in this file."
    And he continues, "The government is reassured in terms of the negotiating delegation and that it does not exceed the legal and constitutional frameworks of Iraq," pointing out that "the balance of bilateral diplomatic relations between the two countries will be in the interest of the Iraqi and Turkish people together."
    Al-Moussawi concluded, "Ankara still justifies the military incursion and the continuous bombing of the presence of armed forces that threaten Turkey's security," adding that "there is interest on the part of the side in negotiating with Iraq in order to find appropriate solutions to the current crises, and seeking to preserve the common interests between the two countries."
    * Turkey's bargains
    In addition, the political analyst, Haider Al-Moussawi, reveals that Turkey continues to bargain with Iraq by dropping the financial fines in exchange for resuming oil exports through the port of Ceyhan, while he confirmed that the fines came as a result; Ankara's violation of the legal conditions and controls with Iraq.
    Al-Moussawi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "Turkey used the water card towards Iraq in order to drop the financial fines imposed by the Paris International Court," noting that "Ankara caused the drought crisis by paying less than 35% of Iraq's water shares during the last period".
    And he continues, "The methods of cutting off the water adopted by Turkey contributed greatly to the weakness of agriculture in the country," adding that "Turkey continues to bargain with Iraq to drop the financial fines in return for resuming exports through the port of Ceyhan."
    Regarding the fines imposed on Turkey, Al-Moussawi asserts: "They came as a result of Ankara's violations of the legal conditions and controls with Iraq," adding that "Iraq needs a negotiator to deal firmly and decisively with all outstanding issues with Turkey."
    * The economic paper
    For his part, Member of Parliament Ali Al-Jamali reveals a parliamentary move towards using the economic paper in the upcoming negotiations with Turkey, while stressing that the government must invest in the economic collapse that Ankara is now suffering from in launching Iraq's water quotas.
    Al-Jamali said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, that "despite the many violations that Turkey is going through towards Iraq, the government still considers it to be an essential partner in economic transactions," noting that "the country has nothing but the weapon of the economy against Turkey to end the violations that You go through it in many files.
    And he continues, "The government must invest in the economic deterioration that Ankara is now suffering from in launching Iraq's water quotas," adding that "Turkey follows devious methods towards the file of unknown military movements, and the files of the economy and water as well."
    And the member of the House of Representatives concluded his speech: "Parliament moved through official books to the government in order to invest the economic paper in the upcoming negotiations," adding that "the ball is now in Iraq's court to determine the main partner, in order to deliver messages to the Iraqi citizen on the one hand and the Turkish government on the other hand." ".
    Ankara began using all possible cards to harm the Iraqi economy, by disrupting the export of its oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan, as well as not releasing Iraq's water quotas, and continuing the Turkish aggressions on Iraqi territory. Will Iraq succeed in overcoming Turkey's violations diplomatically, or will it be a formality like its predecessors? Ended / 25 y
