    The delay in disbursing employees’ salaries in the region generated major accusations against the ruling parties in Kurdistan, as they did not work to deliver salaries despite sending amounts from Baghdad to the region as loans with the aim of distributing them to employees as salaries, which did not happen to the aforementioned segment, which prompted demonstrations in Sulaymaniyah to demand With dues.

     At a time when political parties accused the parties in power in Kurdistan of seizing money to achieve special goals and desires, without thinking about employees’ entitlements and salaries.
    Former MP Jassim Muhammad Jaafar told Al-Maalouma, “The two ruling parties in the region (the Democratic Party and the National Union) receive money from Baghdad and divide it and send it to Europe and other places. This matter requires the government to stop granting money to Kurdistan.”
    He pointed out that "the salaries of employees in the region must be transferred to Baghdad directly instead of being sent to the Kurdistan government to be controlled and removed from the country to serve the purposes of the two ruling parties, whether in Europe or anywhere else." 

    On the other hand, member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiyath Al-Sourji, told Al-Maalouma, “The Kurdistan government is composed of the Democratic Party, the Patriotic Union, and the Change Movement.”
    He added, "The file of internal imports, customs, and border crossings is in the hands of the Democratic Party, in addition to that it controls the main joints in the government, and therefore the parties participating in power within the region do not know the volume of imports and revenues that enter Kurdistan."
    He pointed out, "The file of the delay in sending salaries has turned into a political issue and accusations have been exchanged between Baghdad, which accuses the regional government of not being transparent in the payrolls, and Erbil accuses Baghdad of trying to starve the Kurdish people. As a result, the employee in the region fell victim to this delay in disbursing dues." 
    On the other hand, former MP Ghaleb Muhammad confirmed in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The financial loans sent from the federal government to Kurdistan will not solve the problem of the region’s employees, and this money has always not gone to the employees.”

    He explained, "The problems between the federal government and the Kurdistan region directly affect the economy and living conditions for Kurdish employees, at a time when there is no desire for Kurdistan to resolve the employee salaries crisis." Ended 25 n
