Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani said on Sunday that if automation, electronic payment and a unified account had been activated, the theft of the century would not have occurred, during a speech he delivered at the first anti-corruption conference.The following is the Prime Minister’s speech, followed by the 964 network:
We were instructed to form a committee to review previous contracts on which there were notes.
