[size=52]Parliamentary Services calls on the Presidency of Parliament to expedite the legislation of three laws[/size]

Member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Mahdia Al-Lami, confirmed on Tuesday the necessity of legislating important service laws during the current legislative semester.
Al-Lami said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The priority is to legislate the Baghdad Capital Law, which has been delayed since 2005 until now.”
She added, "There are serious efforts to legislate the Capital Law, which regulates work between the Baghdad Municipality and the Baghdad Governorate, and indicated that the agricultural land allocation law is within the basic design of the Baghdad Governorate and the municipal departments in all the governorates."
Pointing out that “the agricultural land secretion law serves the citizen and the government, and we had multiple hosts to satisfy the law and issue it in a manner that was consistent with the size of the problem in Baghdad Governorate and other governorates.”
She explained that “the Housing Fund Law is one of the important laws that gives interest-free housing loans to build housing units.” She continued that “her committee is serious about legislating these laws in the coming days.” Ended / 25 H
