The committee said in a statement, a copy of which was received by Al-Sumaria News, that “Parliamentary Integrity recorded violations and suspicions of corruption regarding the Director General of Roads and Bridges,” explaining that “there are many violations and violations that are linked to the Director General of Roads, most notably the overpricing.”

She added, "There is a selection of companies that do not have similar work and there is no integrity, for example, Lebanese and Iraqi," noting that "numerous observations were recorded on projects worth hundreds of billions of dinars."

The committee considered that “the corruption system has begun to use mercenary tools to cover up its corruption, especially those who benefit from that corruption,” stressing that “the information has become confirmed after the procrastination of the Director General of Roads and Bridges in answering and attending, and after completing the investigation into his file, we will go directly, after collecting documents and evidence, to refer the file to the judiciary and recommend The Prime Minister raised the hand of the one who caused damage to public funds.”
