Today, Sunday (April 28), economic expert Nabil Al-Marsoumi revealed a catastrophic “lapse” in one of the tables for the financial budget for the year 2024.
According to a publication by Al-Marsoumi, followed by “Baghdad Al-Youm,” one of the budget tables counted the month of February as 31 days, instead of 28 or 29 days if the year was a leap year, and he raised a question that said, “I don’t know that the Ministry of Finance will be dizzy. If I believe you, the month of February will have 31 days.” In Iraq!!!", concluding his post with sarcasm, "Today's February is not like the February of the old days."
