Source: Presidency of the Republic has not ratified Law of mandating the three presidencies yet

News / A political source revealed on Wednesday, that the Presidency of
the Republic hasn’t ratify until now the law of mandating the three
presidencies , that has been approved by the parliament late last month
amid of the rejection of State of law coalition (SLC).
The
source, who asked not to be named, said in an interview for "Shafaq
News", that "The Presidency of the Republic has not ratify so far the
Law of mandating the three presidencies, approved by the parliament and
identified the mandate in only two rounds."
The source added that
"the matter is related to the signing of the Vice President, Khodair
al-Khuzaee who has all the powers for the President of the Republic, who
had suffered from a health crisis”.
The Iraqi Parliament had
voted at the end of last month, the validation and a majority of 170 MPs
on the Law of mandating the three presidencies amid of objections of
SLC, led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki .
