    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Iraqi Ambassador to Philippine, Wadia Bati Hana handed over the Speaker of the Philippine parliament, Feliciano Belmonte the Iraqi parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi’s invitation in which he called him to visit Iraq.
    A statement by the Iraqi foreign Ministry reported “Ambassador of Iraq to Philippine met Belmonte where he handed him Nijaifi’s invitation, calling him to visit Iraq to confer about means of developing the bilateral relations between both countries.”
    “The Philippine Speaker welcomed the invitation, stressing that he instructed the Philippine parliament’s administration to prepare a draft for memorandum of understanding to be concluded during the expected visit,” the statement added.
