The
Government approved the draft law on the seizure and confiscation of
movable and immovable property belonging to the former regime, taking
remarks made in the Council, and then to the House of representatives.
According
to a statement by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, every
Iraq received IGN "the Council approved at its meeting held today on the
draft law of seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property
belonging to the former regime, taking remarks made in the Council and
then to the House of representatives based on the provisions of articles
[16/item first and 80/item II] of the Constitution.
"We also
agreed on a draft amendment to the Penal Code of 1969, [111] and the
code of criminal procedure no. [23] of 1971 and referred to the House of
representatives based on the provisions of articles [16/item first and
80/item II] of the Constitution.
The five-Member Committee agreed
on final versions of amnesty laws, accountability, justice and the
detective and the release of detainees and prisoners and the abolition
of laws [76]] and [88] of the book of Kings and balances in State
institutions. "
These decisions are part of the demands of the
protesters demanding the release of prisoners and detainees and the
issuance of the amnesty law and the abolition of the accountability and
Justice Act [formerly the debaathification], article [4] terrorism and
balance, and the other end
