Parliament Speaker: We have a choice between two approaches either at the state or random

BAGHDAD / ... stressed House Speaker Saleem al-Jubouri, the need to choose between state-building approach, the Constitution and the rule of law, and between random and bullying nationalism.
A statement by his office, "Eye Iraq News" received a copy of the al-Jubouri, "attended, on Saturday, the second forum of young people gathered for the nation and under the banner of (trade in hope and unity of the country), in the Mansour Melia hotel."
The statement quoted al-Jubouri said during his speech, "There are thousands of young people have been involved in volunteer work and teams from all spectra and colors and this means that there is a beacon of hope out of the crisis and not the state, but the life-giving makers of the young people the opportunity to save the nation."
He stressed, "There are two approaches must be clearly and without a selective approach to choose between state-building, the Constitution and the rule of law, and between random and bullying sect and ethnicity and nationalism."
He said al-Jubouri, "can not in any way that the State and the rule of law, the existence of uncontrolled arms,
