    Rep.
block change cute Kurdish Mostefa that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki
failed in the current election cycle and always trying to extend his
powers and the role of Parliament.

    Mustafa said in a press
release Friday that Al-Maliki his credit accomplishment relative
security in the previous election cycle, but in the current periodic
rather than openness to people and services, we see all the failures
always reminds us that he is bringing security to extend his powers and
the role of Parliament and smaller people and control ".

    He
stressed that "the issue of the dissolution of Parliament the House
alone and no power to resolve," he said, adding that "the Prime Minister
can apply jointly with the President of the Republic to dissolve
Parliament but it is up to the House absolute majority".

    As for
the call for early elections, said Mustafa "If this invitation to
address the political situation and the development of the political
process, this can be done via a vote of parliamentarians, but if under
more influence and control, this is unacceptable and the return to the
uniqueness and dictatorship, and people would never accept that anyone
    again."

The option of dissolving Parliament and holding early
elections of the deputies heard and both people from time to time, which
raises the ire of the House and its members in the Executive Branch are
targeting as a crisis, while Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki expressed as
a solution to the current situation in the country as long as there are
no objections by many on the performance of the Government despite
    their presence in her cabin.
