    [ltr]Denied the Ministry of Commerce, on Sunday, the deduction of any new funds from citizens in exchange for receiving the ration card items and Maisdr statements to members of the Baghdad Provincial Council was illegal and did not originally agreed upon with the ministry.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The ministry said in a statement released by its press office, citing Commerce Minister Mohammed Shia 'Al Sudani received / balances News / copy of it, "The ministry is not interested in statements by some members of the Board of Baghdad, adding the amount of one thousand dinars on the amounts paid by the citizen in exchange for receiving the food vocabulary which is symbolic and not worth materials received by the citizens of vocabulary month.     [ltr]The statement pointed out, "The ministry categorically denies relationship with any decision which is deducted the amount of (1000) dinars from citizens as well as the disqualification of the Baghdad Provincial Council by adding additional amounts on the ration card according to the law and that any agreement on the subject did not get."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Baghdad Provincial Council decision Farhan Qasim revealed, earlier, for submission of a proposal in the provincial council to carve out a thousand dinars for each ration card to build schools in the capital , Baghdad. Ended 29/4 e[/ltr]
