    [rtl] Detecting the House of Representatives decision of Imad Youkhana, Monday, about the reasons for the non-inclusion Ministerial cabin on the parliament's agenda at tomorrow's meeting, adding that al-Abadi will hold a joint meeting with the Presidium of the parliament before the session began.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Said Youkhana said in a statement seen by "Sky Press," that "the parliamentary committee charged with studying the biographies of the candidates have not yet completed full review of the biography, as well as the non-completion of the special character of the candidate reports about its acceptability to assume certain ministerial portfolio or not," adding that "the political blocs still continue to meet to come up with complete confidence toward the cabin provided. "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "the reasons mentioned disrupted the inclusion of the agenda of the ministerial cabin next hearing process, as will be voted on once the House of Representatives to review the CVs of candidates."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Youkhana pointed out that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will hold a joint meeting with the Presidium of the parliament and in the presence of the political blocs on Tuesday morning before the session began to discuss the reshuffle mechanism, as well as alternative candidates who Siqdmanm Abadi."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Has ruled out some of the political blocs, the vote on the ministerial cabin on Tuesday for being is not yet complete, Marjaheen not resolving new candidates to fill the new positions tomorrow.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi was handed over last Thursday Presidency of the Council of Representatives, and the ministerial list of 14 ministers, while stressing the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri, the Council is keen to come up with results convincing in the interest of the people.[/rtl]
