[ltr]He confirmed a member of the parliamentary Economic Committee Najiba Najib, Sunday, that the World Bank loans will be allocated for the development of education and the reconstruction of liberated areas and the return of displaced persons.[/ltr]
[ltr]She said Najib's / balances News /, that "it is necessary for the government to activate the operational capacity of the budget through loans and increased imports," pointing out that "parked investment projects are all for non-availability of funds and inability to complete them with money loans."[/ltr]
[ltr]She added, "it was the allocation of World Bank loans for the development of education and the reconstruction of liberated areas and displaced persons."[/ltr]
