Parliamentary Finance: global capital market distrust the Iraqi International bonds and circulation will be difficult

It is said that Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Saturday that Iraq will be put international bonds worth two billion dollars last quarter of the current year to cover Almoisnh.
