Baghdad/ NINA/-- Iraqiya semi official satellite channel announced that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will addresses later a speech on the occasion of removing Iraq from Chapter VII.
The UN Security Council voted unanimously at a meeting held today that Iraq would get rid from the provisions of Chapter VII.
