Parliament acknowledges the Ministry of Electricity and Security Companies Act

Voice of the House of Representatives, on Thursday, on a legal private security companies, and the Ministry of Electricity, and the voice of the decision which was considered the revival of Nineveh province , "disaster areas."
The meeting was held on Thursday , headed by Speaker Salim al - Jubouri, and the presence of 216 deputies, and directed the Council presidency to close the doors of the hall to keep a quorum.
A statement to the House of Representatives, received a (long) version of it, to the last , " the voice on the project of private security companies Act and submitted by the committees, defense and legal security, which regulates the work of private security companies and their role in providing security protection services to individuals and companies."
And published (range Press) Private Security Companies Act. Article 1 / First: - that the provisions of this Act shall apply to the Iraqi private security companies and branches of foreign companies and their employees.
It is intended the security of the company , according to the law is the Iraqi company or branches of foreign company that is doing is providing security protection services to those required of natural and legal persons for a fee.
Article -2- that this law aims to regulate the work of private security companies , whether Iraqi or branches of foreign companies in accordance with the rules fit in with the nature of the functions of these companies.
Article 3 also refers to prevent direct private security company activity without obtaining a work permit in accordance with the provisions of this law.
As -4- Article stipulates that the grant proposal from the Interior Ministry and the approval of the National Security Council a work permit for the security of the company at the request of the owners of the relationship in accordance with the provisions of this law.
Furthermore, Article -5- of the law to prevent the granting of the license , but provided security for an Iraqi company and may at the maximum security imperatives granting the license to branches of foreign security companies with the consent of the Council of Ministers at the suggestion of the Minister of the Interior.
The House also voted on a "project of the Ministry of Electricity Law and submitted by the committees of the oil and energy and natural resources, services and reconstruction in order to develop the Ministry of Electricity and determine the tasks and the establishment and development of infrastructure for the sectors of electricity , " according to the statement of the House of Representatives.
In another context, the statement of the House of Representatives noted that the recent "Voice of the decision to consider what has happened in parts of the Nineveh province, including the Nineveh Plain disaster area because of the right of infrastructure and public and private property destroyed by the terrorist takeover of the organization Daesh it."
The statement added that " the decision stated that the crimes that have occurred in the Nineveh Plain was one of the most heinous crimes and the executive bodies to compensate residents for damages caused to them."
