    The financial adviser to the prime minister announced the appearance of Mohammed Saleh that three elements sought by the IMF to strengthen the balance of Iraq for two thousand and eighteen, while stressing that most of Iraq's debts are internal.
    Saleh said that the IMF is seeking to strengthen the financial three elements of the budget, including reducing unnecessary expenses and maximize non-oil revenues and reduce the accumulation of debt.
    Saleh added that the three elements are difficult to achieve and the budget must be installed levels of revenue and expenditure on these three principles, noting that sometimes takes the adjustment of the budget improved oil prices.

    I think they are working on a time frame, seems like all events are happening quickly once the announcement made that ISIS is defeated. Abadi had said that the liberation would be announced in November, about one week late, but so what. Now look at what has happened, the UN announced they are completely out of Chapter 7, the IMF is guiding them, the donor conference coming up, nations lining up to come back into Iraq. All good in my book, hoping for January 2.
