     Baghdad / term 

    Finance Committee in the Parliament revealed, for the deduction of 4.8% of the total salaries of employees during the current month. 
    He said the Finance Committee rapporteur Ahmed Haji Rashid, " The draft budget law for fiscal 2017 included the deduction of 4.8% of employees ' salaries, to be allocated to rally public and displaced persons." 
    "The cuts were in 2016 3.8% of the salary budget law, either in the current year budget deduction ratio rose to 4.8% of employees and retirees." 
    He continued that "60% of these funds will be allocated to rally public and 40% private for the displaced to provide electricity services, health and education for them , " noting that "this deduction includes the Kurdistan Region employees who receive their salaries directly from Baghdad." 
    He pointed out , "Iraq 's total salaries of the staff of about 50 trillion dinars, and this money deducted up to nearly two billion dinars." 
    On the other hand, Rafidain Bank, announced the issuance of smart card (Key Card) to the staff of the oil pipeline company in order to receive their salaries through it , indicating that it came from the abbreviation for cash currency trading routine. 
    Press office of the bank said in a press statement, said that " in coordination with the bank and oil pipelines , a subsidiary of the oil ministry issued 553 smart card to the company 's employees to receive their monthly salaries instead of manual cash." 
    The bureau added that " the bank has a tendency to transfer salary payments through electronic payment tools to reduce trading exchange manual and the reduction of theft and robbery on the salaries of staff operations" .otsay Iraqi banks to issue smart for all staff card as a result of exposure some government departments to steal operations paid during her pregnancy manually.
