    Preparing a parliamentary committee with the task of selecting the members of the Board of the Electoral Commission to launch a special form that explains the conditions of candidacy, expected that the number of nominees exceeds the 7 thousand , as happened in the previous session. 
    The Committee stressed that the scrutiny of thousands of nominations requires a long time, likely to exceed the date of local elections set by the Prime Minister in September next, and this is what enhances the postponement of local elections until the beginning of 2018. The 
    Committee formed, consisting of 29 members, taking into account the balance in the representation of the components, as acquired National Alliance 14 seats compared with 7 seats of Sunni component, and 6 seats to the Kurds, and two seats for each of the two components of Turkmen and Christian. 
    And went two seats, the share of the National Alliance, the two vice Liberal bloc chest and two MPs Ali Hoalah and just Mhodr. 
    Liberal bloc did not comment on the participation of two of its members in the Selection Committee Board of Commissioners, despite the opposition leader of the Sadrist movement to enter the political blocs to form a commission.

    The previous parliamentary committee, which is tasked to choose the members of the current board of the Electoral Commission in 2012, has received a nomination from the 7,600 requests, and it took a long time audited.

    After a day of bloody demonstrations demanded the selection of an independent Office of the Council of blocks away from quotas, the parliamentary committee voted experts, on Sunday, on its rules of procedure and rules of operation.

    She said al - Husseini, told the (range), that " the work of the Committee of Experts will be the United Nations and the institutions of civil society and the media presence , " asserting that " the end of the Committee 's work ends up providing the final list of candidates for parliament for a vote." She noted "the existence of new members will be added to the membership of the committee after the vote on them by the Council of 
     Representatives."
