    China is a big step, which tend to reduce the number of its troops in the Chinese People's Liberation Army to 200 thousand people.

    Chinese President had announced earlier, a plan to reduce the number of armed forces in 2017, to include a reduction of 300 thousand soldiers.

    In spite of this, still the world's largest Chinese military, in terms of numbers, as the number of China's armed forces two million, according to the newspaper "South China Morning Post" confirmed.

    According to the newspaper, the reduction will include five of the 18 corps, and that demobilized from the service may be re-summoned if necessary.

    At the same time, the Chinese government is seeking to increase the number of its naval forces from 20 thousand to 100 thousand for the Protection of the Marine Almmarat strategy.
