    The Bank also announced his intention to grant loans to citizens of up to 30 million dinars to buy cars, pointing out that the loan term of five years, not to exceed the amount of 90 percent of the price of the vehicle or mechanism that would like to take the loan on them.
    In the context of the elimination of unemployment and encourage the private sector projects, each of the bank Rafidain and Rasheed to facilitate the granting of loans to the unemployed for work amounted to 30 million dinars, to set up small businesses.
    As for the advancement of the health situation of the country 's initiative was the bank Rafidain and Rasheed to grant loans to people with health professions were granted loans to doctors (human and veterinary pharmacists and dentists) in addition to the laboratory pathological analysis and clinics radiology and sonar Scannar-, the value of identified between 20 to 50 million dinars and the duration of the payment of up to five years at the
