BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of Motahedoon coalition, Mohammad Iqbal Omar described Maliki's appearance weekly in the media is a part of electoral campaign for him and his coalition.

Iqbal said in a statement today that "the assessment of the letters and speeches and their importance do not come by specifying periodically time for them, but they should be based on real facts and figures," noting that" the Iraqi people gives impression towards them when they have credibility, clarity and reveal what is going on accurately. "

He added: we hoped his appearance came after the formation of the government directly to illustrate the executive plans, but this did not happen, noting that the government is incomplete and failed to complete its cabinet as we have not seen ministers of Interior and Defense, therefore the speeches in this method seems like an electoral campaign, stressing the need not to target the political blocs through these speeches.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki began, two weeks ago, to address Iraqi people every Wednesdays reviewing the important issues. / End
