Tamimi said in a statement, "It has already made a telephone call to the Prime Minister Haider Abadi, which requested the cancellation of deductions imposed earlier on the salaries of employees."
Tamimi pointed out that "it has taken upon itself to cancel the percentage of salaries of employees to cover the expenses of popular mobilization and displaced people after the liberation of Nineveh."
She added that the government must fill the outlets of corruption and hold the corrupt accountable instead of the salaries of employees.
The House of Representatives has approved a paragraph in the budget of 2017, reducing the proportion of the salaries of employees and the public sector and retirees and the government in the budget law from 4.8% to 3.8% and divided to 60% to support the popular mobilization and 40% to the displaced.
